Scottish-based operator reports bumper year
Scotland-based bingo operator Carlton has revealed a strong financial performance in 2016, with pre-tax profits rising by 27 percent. The bricks-and-mortar bingo hall owner runs 13 clubs in Scotland and north east England from its base in Inverness. During the 15/16 financial year, its pre-tax profit rose to £1.9m, while revenue ticked up five percent to £15.2m.
