Barry Island Pleasure Park operator accepts dodgem building failings


Following a series of disputes with Vale of Glamorgan Council throughout the summer season, Barry Island operator Henry Danter has admitted to breaking building regulations. Henry Danter, the operator of Barry Island Pleasure Park, admitted to failing to comply with building regulations at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on Monday. Danter was told by Vale of Glamorgan council officers that foundations failings meant the dodgems building was not structurally sound.
