Llandudno Pier owner “left in limbo” after Pavilion decision deferred

The owner of Llandundo Pier said he had been “left in limbo” after a decision on controversial development plans for the vacant pavilion pier site were deferred. Adam Williams fears that if the £15m residential block is approved, noise complaints would force the pier’s attractions including its amusement arcade to close and make it economically unviable.
